A Federal government security agency needed a system that could tie headquarters staff to nationally dispersed teams responsible for WMD emergency planning and response. Core components include asset readiness, inventory and maintenance scheduling, personnel availability and training, event and exercise planning, and lessons learned evaulation. Special features include a robust interactive calendar, specialized reporting utilities, and automatic notifications.

A readiness calculation module was added to measure the capability of response teams. Teams are scored for readiness in terms of personnel, training and equipment against standards developed and enforced by HQ. This module is being expanded to include real-time personnel and inventory tracking as well as scenario modeling.
