Description:
A NYSE traded pharmaceutical company required sales and outcomes data from multiple
sources to be imported into a web-based database application for use by management
and field sales representatives. Chainbridge Technologies Outcomes Data Management System allowed
them to organize information that would otherwise be fragmented and difficult to
utilize. The system is a central repository for data from over 10 sources and creates
custom reports that are automatically forwarded to all field sales representatives.
These reports provide sales and product outcomes information for over 3,000 client
locations and allow the reps to target accounts with the greatest need.
A robust query module, a standard SQLDBI component, allows users to search virtually
every data field within the system in order to extract highly unique data sets that
can be exported to Microsoft Excel for use in reports.
